Details:
This art workshop combines principles of Art Therapy, Nature-based/eco-therapy, mindfulness and learning the wet felting craft process. Run as an art workshop with the goal of creating an enjoyable learning experience.

In this workshop you will create your very own felted river stone with colours of your choosing. You will also be guided through a nature-based mindfulness process to help you tune into your senses, connect with nature and ease into creating. At the end you will have a completed felted stone to take home and enjoy.

I have done this craft many times with various clients and the end result serves as a beautiful and enjoyable sensory object which is both soft from the wool and weighted from the river stone. Many enjoy keeping and using this sensory object as a mindfulness and grounding tool.

All materials are provided.

Many wool colours are available to choose from - 100% Australian Merino Wool.
