Isabella (she/they), from her private practice "Simul ✺ Creative Arts Therapy" is a Registered Arts Therapist (ANZACATA). Working from Yellow Gum Art Therapy Studio on Sundays.
Isabella is passionate about placing lived experience at the core of her practice. She has been working with a range of abilities to support in building people’s capacity and personal autonomy. She values all forms of expression and the space she offers is LGBTIAQ+ friendly and neurodivergent affirming.
Isabella’s approach is trauma informed, and grounded in connectedness as way of working to build trusting relationships all people. She has spent over a year working with teenage youth supporting them to emotionally regulate, understand their social and emotional barriers, build self-compassion and awareness, and find their voice through the process of Creative Arts Therapy.
Isabella works from an embodied and somatic lens as a way of entering into presence and working with the moment. Her multi-modal value is not limited to any one modality.
