About this Group:

— Gathering Insights Together —  An adult, all-inclusive Art Therapy Group. 

Group work is an evidence-based process that fosters people to come together and develop tools for social regulation. It shares qualities that are relational & emergent and harvests our interpersonal strength.



Who is this for: 


This group would like to welcome adults aged 20 — 60 who are looking to explore their experiences using a multi-modal arts therapy process. We welcome all abilities and experiences. The group is trauma-informed, and person-centered and will be offering grounding exercises in relation to mental health. 


Goals:

- For social regulation and connecting with others

- Building confidence with self & others

- Managing anxiety


Group size:

The group size is limited to 4 participants to best support each person's needs. 


Materials: 

- Located in an Art Therapy studio in Mill Park that has an abundance of paints, pastels, pens, crafts, collage materials, expressive movement and more. 

- All materials provided in the cost.

- Please dress in clothes suitable for messy play, just in case :) 


Commitment conditions:

Signing up requires a commitment to attend fortnightly and have a once-off 30 min intake assessment for new participants. NDIS will fund all sessions, assessments, reports, and cancellation fees. Privately paying clients accepted. 


How to book:

Please email Isabella at isabella@simulcreativeartstherapy.com to book a free 15-minute meet and greet to ask any questions. Once you have confirmed to move forward, she will book a time with you to commence the intake assessment as a 30-minute consultation.

About the Facilitator/s:

Isabella Pagnozzi, AThR

Lead Registered Art Therapist: Isabella of SIMUL ✺ Creative Arts Therapy. Isabella is passionate about creating spaces where individuals feel seen, heard, and safe. She believes that art can change lives and that everyone should be given the accessibility to connect to their inner self. Isabella has a Masters degree in Creative Arts Therapy through the Miecat Institute. She has a lived experience of mental health and has been working as a disability & mental health support worker since 2020.
