Yellow Gum Forest Therapy

Our Forest Therapy walks are a new service currently in development.

Forest Therapy is a guided experience facilitated outdoors in forest area or parklands. Helping you to feel grounded, tune into your senses, and connected with nature. Walks are 2-3 hours long and focus on quiet and mindful experiencing of the senses to promote relaxation and wellbeing.

Led by Alana Stewart (Registered Art Therapist and student Forest Therapy guide).
