We wish to continue growing to offer more creative arts therapies and nature-based therapies to our community in the north!

Our Values

Creativity, Community, Connection

We believe that art, creativity and connection to nature support and play a vital role in human health and wellbeing.

We also believe that the arts help us to see, accept and celebrate our natural human diversity.

We believe in creating a welcoming and affirming space for all those whom have differing abilities, life experiences and diversity.

We welcome all artists and non-artists, those with lived experience of disability, neurodiversity, gender-diversity, trauma and other life experience who wish to explore Art Therapy or our other offerings.

We hope you will stay in touch and support our community to grow.

We support those who identify as neurodiverse, culturally diverse, LGBTQI+ including those who are non-binary and gender diverse.
